Media upload guidelines
Loopthing allows its users to upload three types of media files:
- audios
- images
- videos
Once you upload your files we need to process them in order to make sure that your files are displayed to viewers with the best possible quality. This process involves us encoded your videos, resizing your images, and deeply analyzing your audio files.
Based on our experience with the service, we have compiled a list of tips that you can use to improve the quality of your files before uploading them to Loopthing.
Audio files
Limits:
- MP3 files only
- maxium file size of 1GB
There are no limits regarding the bitrate or sampling ratio of the uploaded audios.
Videos
Limits:
- maxium file size of 1GB
We recommend you should upload high quality videos though.
Images
Limits:
- file types: jpg, png, gif
Note: Upload speed for your files depends on the internet connection you have, and all files must be uploaded according to our terms and conditions.
